The proposed UFO Disclosure AI Powered ETF, which would trade under the ticker symbol UFOD, aims to invest in companies with potential exposure to advanced technologies derived from unidentified flying objects, according to regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The actively managed fund would allocate at least 80 percent of its net assets to aerospace firms, defense contractors, and other entities that Tuttle Capital believes could be engaged in research and development linked to classified technology. These advancements, the filing suggests, could stem from UFO-related discoveries or military projects rumored to be working with technology beyond the known limits of human engineering.

Matthew Tuttle, the firm’s chief executive, has long harbored an interest in unidentified aerial phenomena. He argues that investing in companies linked to UFO technology, while speculative, could offer an unprecedented upside should government disclosures confirm the existence of such breakthroughs.

I’m a trader,” Tuttle said in an interview. “I look at [UFOs] and I say that they’re using a power source that is light-years beyond anything that we have. If our government has this technology and it’s released, that will be a game-changer.”

The ETF’s strategy also includes shorting stocks of companies that might become obsolete if extraterrestrial-derived technology is publicly acknowledged and commercialized. However, the fund’s success hinges on an inherently uncertain variable: disclosure. If official government revelations fail to substantiate rumors of alien-derived advancements, the product may never launch.

Tuttle’s filing acknowledges these risks, stating that “government confirmation or denial of advanced alien tech is uncertain, and rumored breakthroughs might never materialize.”

While alien technology might be a little ‘out there’ – artificial intelligence is already reshaping financial markets. Alongside UFOD, Tuttle Capital has registered seven other AI-driven ETFs, all of which will leverage machine learning tools for stock selection.

What AI can do is a game-changer, and I don’t think people have fully wrapped their heads around that,” said Tuttle, who noted that AI informs 90 percent of his investment decisions.

CIA Document Reveals 1950s Plan to Manage UFO Sightings and Public Perception https://globalistelitecabal.com/cia-document-reveals-1950s-plan-to-manage-ufo-sightings-and-public-perception/ https://globalistelitecabal.com/cia-document-reveals-1950s-plan-to-manage-ufo-sightings-and-public-perception/#respond Fri, 14 Feb 2025 13:17:03 +0000 https://globalistelitecabal.com/cia-document-reveals-1950s-plan-to-manage-ufo-sightings-and-public-perception/
  • A document from the National Archives of Australia reveals that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was actively preparing for a potential alien invasion during a surge of unidentified flying objects (UFO) sightings in the summer of 1952, collaborating with the U.S. Air Force to manage public perception and conduct covert investigations.
  • Project Blue Book, officially launched in 1952 to investigate UFO reports for national security, was also used by the CIA to create a facade of ridicule around UFO sightings. This involved attributing sightings to natural phenomena and leveraging media outlets to reduce public interest and concern.
  • Despite the public facade, the CIA and U.S. Air Force continued secret investigations, collaborating with Australia and developing advanced aircraft that mimicked UFO performances, including potential anti-gravity technology.
  • In 1953, the CIA made the investigation appear abandoned but continued studying cases in secret. The project was reduced to a small, top-secret team, and potential whistleblowers were threatened with severe legal penalties to maintain secrecy.
  • The CIA used government funding to support UFO data collection and projects like the Canadian Avrocar, a VTOL aircraft designed to resemble a “flying saucer.” By 1957, Project Blue Book had analyzed thousands of reports, with only a small percentage remaining unidentified, suggesting advanced technology or extraterrestrial origins.
  • (Natural News)—A recently resurfaced document from the National Archives of Australia suggests that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was actively preparing for a potential alien invasion during a surge of unexplained sightings in the summer of 1952.

The document, titled “Scientific Intelligence – General – Unidentified Flying Objects,” details how the CIA, in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, managed public perception and conducted covert investigations into these sightings, many of which were concentrated in Washington, D.C.

The document, shared on X by user Disclosure Party, highlights a period of intense UFO activity and the measures taken by the U.S. government to control the narrative. In the summer of 1952, unexplained sightings were more than 20 times the normal rate, leading some Air Force members to speculate that these were “interplanetary spaceships about to make closer contact.”

This speculation prompted the CIA to step in, using Project Blue Book as a means to manage the situation and reduce public alarm.

Project Blue Book: A tool for public debunking

Project Blue Book, which ran from 1952 to 1969, was officially tasked with investigating reports of aerial phenomena to determine if they posed a threat to national security. However, the document reveals that the CIA used the project to “prepare the public for [the possibility of contact]” by releasing 41 previously classified reports between August 1952 and February 1953. These reports were part of a broader strategy to “erect a facade of ridicule” around UFO sightings, thereby reducing public interest and concern.

The CIA’s approach involved attributing most sightings to misidentified natural phenomena such as weather balloons, aircraft lights or atmospheric conditions. To disseminate this information, the agency leveraged TV shows, newspapers and even considered collaborating with the Walt Disney Corporation. The goal was to “reduce the current gullibility of the public and their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda,” as stated in the document.

    Covert investigations and military collaboration

Despite the public facade, the CIA and the U.S. Air Force continued their investigations in secret. The document indicates that the U.S. and Australia collaborated to investigate strange sightings, and the CIA used the findings to develop advanced aircraft that could mimic UFO performances, including anti-gravity technology. The early analyses of UFO reports by USAF intelligence suggested that the phenomena had flight characteristics so advanced that only an extraterrestrial origin could be considered.

In February 1953, the CIA made it appear as though the investigation had been abandoned, allowing the agency to study the cases in secret. The Project Blue Book team was gradually reduced to a core of 10 qualified personnel operating at a top-secret level, and eventually to just a single officer, sergeant, secretary and part-time consultant. To maintain secrecy, the CIA threatened potential whistleblowers with up to 10 years in jail and a 10,000 fine, which was later increased to 20 years in prison a 10,000 fine under the Espionage Act.

The document also reveals that the CIA used government funding to continue UFO data collection and fund other projects, such as the Canadian Avro saucer. The Avrocar, a supersonic, vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) fighter-bomber, was initially funded by the Canadian government but was taken over by the U.S. Army and Air Force in 1958 when the Canadian government withdrew support due to costs. The CIA designed the Avrocar to appear like a “flying saucer,” further blurring the lines between military technology and UFO phenomena.

By 1957, Project Blue Book had analyzed thousands of reports and claimed that only 14 out of 1,006 sightings remained unidentified. The document states that consultants statistically tested the unknown object population and found the probability of these being similar to identified objects to be less than one in ten thousand trillion to one.

The resurfaced document provides a fascinating glimpse into the U.S. government’s efforts to manage public perception and conduct covert investigations into UFO sightings during the 1950s. The CIA’s strategy of using Project Blue Book to debunk UFOs while secretly investigating advanced aerial phenomena underscores the complex and often contradictory nature of government intelligence operations.
