Conservatives have an interesting relationship with HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher.
On one hand, we herald the veteran comedian and brash political commentator when he slams the left or praises former President Donald Trump (which doesn’t happen often). On the other hand, we skewer Maher when he trashes Trump and conservative policies, or sings the praises of the left and Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris.
Such was the case of Friday’s episode of “Real Time,” when Maher lit up his Democrat comrades who rushed to claim that Trump in recent comments called for Republican outcast and former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) to be shot by a firing squad, proving once again that the left will stoop to any low it deems necessary.
Maher kicked off the festivities by asking his panel what they thought of the Democrats’ claim.
