On Friday evening, a 52-year-old Turk raped several ponies in Bavaria after breaking into a horse stable in Oberneufnach, in the Allgäu region. The suspect, an asylum seeker living in nearby accommodation, was arrested by police, Bild reports.
Around 6:45 p.m., the farm owner was having dinner with her family when her dog suddenly started barking. She glanced at the surveillance monitors and saw a shocking scene: a strange man, pants down, in the stable with her horses. She immediately alerted her boyfriend, who stormed into the stable. The intruder tried to escape.
“He climbed over a fence and ran toward the center of the village,” said the horse owner, who wishes to remain anonymous. Her boyfriend gave chase and managed to catch him. Shortly afterward, police arrived with three patrol cars and recorded the man’s personal details. A veterinarian was called to examine the affected animals.
Video footage revealed that the man had remained in the stable for about 25 minutes, abusing several mares. Some animals were seriously injured, and one even collapsed. The perpetrator reportedly noticed the cameras but was undeterred.
